The Alannah and Madeline Foundation has been fortunate in obtaining support from NAB, Trusts and Foundations and other community partners to sponsor Better Buddies Frameworks into schools across Australia.  

The Better Buddies Framework is designed to enhance buddy programs to support students’ orientation and transition during their first year of school.  If you apply before our recruitment is open, you may be kept on our waiting list until a sponsored place becomes available.  During this time, you will receive regular newsletter updates to keep you informed about the program and to aid your preparation for your first year of implementing Better Buddies.

To register to receive a sponsored Better Buddies Framework, complete the online application form.

Alternatively, schools can purchase the Better Buddies Kit. Please contact a member of the Better Buddies Team.

Parents

The Better Buddies Framework is a curriculum resource for primary schools and teachers.

If your school is not a Better Buddies School, you might like to talk with a teacher at the school and suggest they visit this website to find out more.  Schools are required to apply to receive a Better Buddies Framework.
